At Lancerscape, we are driven by a powerful vision: to provide employment opportunities to every unemployed individual, giving them a headstart in their career and addressing the global issue of unemployment.
Our mission is to become the preferred bridge between freelancers and employers, guided by our core values of reliability, transparency, technology-driven innovation, and integrity.
Who we are
Lancerscape Global Private Limited is a private company incorporated in November 2020, registered at the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.
We are more than just a company; we are a team of professionals committed to changing how freelancing works. Our founding team is a group of friends, all technology professionals with decades of experience in the IT industry. Hailing from a small town in India, we came together with a shared vision: to establish a strong, technology-driven platform built on the pillars of transparency and integrity.
What we do
Lancerscape connects professionals with businesses that need their expertise. We serve both freelancers and the businesses hiring them, across a wide range of digitally deliverable services — design, writing, development, marketing, finance and more.
What sets us apart is the arrangement behind the work. The business contracts Lancerscape Global Private Limited, and Lancerscape contracts the freelancer separately. Two agreements, and we are on both of them — which is what lets us stand behind the delivery rather than merely introduce two strangers to each other.
We also nurture talent at the start of a career. Through our Studentlancer™ programme we give students real-world experience while offering businesses cost-effective help. The programme assesses a student’s skills, recommends training, and lets them take on projects that match their ability. On successful completion they receive a certificate and a stipend — earning while they learn.
Where we are
The platform is live and open. Businesses post briefs, KYC-verified freelancers bid on them, and projects are contracted and delivered through Lancerscape. We continue to invest in identity verification and payment infrastructure as we grow.

- Nothing to start, on either side: ₹0 to post, ₹0 to apply. Our 10% comes out of the freelancer’s payout after the work is paid for.
